I've never seen people work so methodically and so hard!! Our guests commented all evening!! Everything exceeded our expectations!! The food was absolutely scrumptious--beyond delicious! The display was eye-catching! The service was methodical, efficient and personable! Mary didn't "miss a beat!" She is exemplary in ensuring perfection! Desserts- unbelievably fabulous! I just wanted to say thank you so much for helping to make my husband's 40th on Saturday a great party! The food was delicious, and Sara saved the day by helping me set up some of the heavier, more difficult things. There is no way I could have put up the tent without her!
Everybody loved the food, and there was plenty of it! Everybody asked where it was from, and I was sure to tell them. We are still enjoying all the leftovers, and my co-workers are enjoying the yummy desserts I brought in today! :)

The event was perfection! My mom was blown away and the talk of the night was the food—by far! Everyone raved over the food—it was delicious—every bite. And several folks asked for your business card for their future parties. In addition, your staff was helpful, friendly and just amazing. Everyone was great! I was completely satisfied with the event. That really doesn’t even begin to express how phenomenal Bite Catering is.
Gavin, Kim and Alisa were fantastic, they assisted me with whatever I needed. They were pleasant, courteous and a pleasure to work with.
When it was time to clean up they took care of everything and you could not even tell they had been in the kitchen.
The menu you had assisted me in creating was superb. There was not one item that was not thoroughly enjoyed. I can’t really say that there was one item better than the other, they were all fantastic.
The sangria was great and so were the martini’s. I will send you some photos from the event when I get them, Thank you for everything. I look forward to working with you again. |

Last Friday…was amazing! Everyone is still calling and raving about the incredible party and most of all the FABULOUS food! You both are the best and I can't wait until we have you cater our next party! Thank you for all you did on such short (a week and a half!!) notice. I know it was a long way to go and at the height of traffic on a Friday, but I don't believe I could have found a better group than you with your great attitude and personalities, it just made the party!

I was planning a wedding and reception in my home and only had 3 weeks. Not only was Chef Elizabeth amazingly helpful but told me of different areas where I could save some money. Certainly not part of her job description. I had friends who had been to several industry functions where her food was served and everyone raved. Her client list is no lie. Kenneth Cole said it was some of the best food he's ever put in his mouth. She catered some huge art gallery party and people said that the food was more innovative and visually stunning than what was hanging on the wall.
The staff she had for my event was amazing. The same sensibilities as my attendees and they were so attentive to everyone's needs. I had someone who was on a gluten-free diet and she mentioned it to the server, next thing you know Elizabeth came out herself with a plate of all the things she could eat. Dylan, the bartender, was amazing...no one had an empty glass. Super professional and personable.
All the food was fabulous. And my crowd is hugely picky. The presentation, placement of flowers, serving vessels.. all genius. The temperature of the food was perfect. I still don't know how everything was timed so beautifully. Even the rental company she uses was on time for both pick-up and delivery. My kitchen was left cleaner than before the wedding.
I'm so glad I chose to do this type of food service. Nobody cares about a sit down meal anymore. But different little tasty things throughout the evening was more of a fun surprise for everyone. They didn't know what was around the corner. I had a combination of the Asian menu with the California chic wedding and really nothing I could think of would I have omitted. That is rare.
I've had bad meals at a lot of high end restaurants in this town... So the celeb aspect doesn't impress me if I'm not wowed. My husband and I are better cooks than most places in Los Angeles. It averaged out to be about 25-30 pieces per person, I think. Everyone was full, well hydrated and happy by the end of the evening. ...Elizabeth ... she's a miracle worker. |

Well...I just cannot say enough good things about your wonderful staff and the terrific food they made for us. The day was truly magical and your caterers were a huge reason why.
As you know, when we planned this,we had decided to have just a mellow lunch party for our daughter Ella. We didn't expect anything truly great, just solid food stuffs. Instead, we got a spectacular culinary fiesta.
Mara and I loved -- LOVED -- the butternut squash soup and mini grilled cheese sandwiches. My daughters were ravenous over the mac-n-cheese balls. It was a small, family party but it ended up feeling really special, and your guys were the primary reason.
Everybody just loved the food. Thanks so much, and please extend to your staff our heartfelt appreciation for a job really well done. |

Absolutely, I could write volumes on each of the items. David and I haven’t stopped talking about the catering, nor have any of our guests. My friend is confident her upcoming wedding reception won’t be as tasty or have as many choices as you provided for us. Plus, you know how much we loved Dylan and Kellen... My only regret is that we didn’t have a video camera running in the kitchen. It would have been fascinating to watch the prep and transformation. Not to mention the kitchen was cleaner than the way you found it. Visions of artichoke beignets are still dancing in our heads. And my gluten-free friend was thrilled and very touched that you personally came out with a plate specifically for her. All of you were so unbelievably attentive.
