Bite Catering Couture, a Los Angeles-based catering company specializing in miniature foods was one of 4 teams nationwide invited to Colorado to compete on the Food Network Challenge's "Big Bash Caterers". We were tasked to feed 75 people and only had 3 hours of kitchen preparation time to make this happen for the Colorado Ballet. We can't share the results yet, but we hope you'll watch us compete as the episode airs in August!

Bite Catering Couture was featured in C Magazine's "What's Hot" section for May 2008. Lesley Jacobs' review, titled Hot Hors D'Oeuvres states "Chef Elizabeth Goel recently moved her NY business, Bite Catering Couture, to Los Angeles. Centering around "bits and bites", the menu includes mini takes on classics like mac 'n' cheese and burgers, as well as savory fare like ceviche with plaintain chips."
