Bite Catering Couture, a Los Angeles-based catering company specializing in miniature foods was one of 4 teams nationwide invited to Colorado to compete on the Food Network Challenge's "Big Bash Caterers". 

We were tasked to feed 75 people and only had 3 hours of kitchen preparation time to  make this happen for the Colorado Ballet.  We can't share the results yet, but we hope you'll watch us compete as the episode airs in August!
