Blake and Stephen's amazingly creative country fair wedding reception for 500 guests in Bel Air included everything from strolling entertainers, petting zoo for the kids, many surprises and lots of dancing. The bride and groom wanted to exercise responsibility by focusing on delivering a luxurious yet “green” wedding experience to their guests. With planning by Angelica Weihs Events, green touches included edible centerpieces of market vegetables and reusable mason jar glasses with guests names on them. On the food side Bite created an organic menu to create the feel and flavors of a country fair – everything from fun food stands featuring Bite’s organic fair-themed bites – including vegetarian corn dogs, mini watermelon cube salads, burgers, truffled fries, flavored corn on the cob lollipops, mini mac n’ cheese bites and quesadillas - whimsical flower and vegetable displays, an old fashioned lemonade and even a fun pretzel display!
