Our Signature Small Bites format is one of our most popular ways to throw a fun event! Think of it as a tasting menu delivered over 3 hours with miniaturized dishes spanning appetizers, heartier main courses, and of course ending with dessert! This format allows your guests to move freely and mingle with each other and go on a journey with you, as we match the selections to key themes or events you would like to highlight over the course of the evening. We can pack big flavors into every small bites -- so each piece is remarkable in and of itself. Who can say that about their 8th bite of their main course?
Available for either appetizers/ desserts or as a tasting menu that replaces a meal, our small bites pack a lot of flavor and artistry into each small piece. Benefits of the bites format as a tasting menu include:
- Being able to mingle with guests over the course of 3 hours while pausing every few minutes to sample some new exciting morsel...or get a second taste of a favorite (tasting menu of 8-20 bites)
- Flexible timing and space arrangements due to people not being chained to a table to be fed. You can mix up the timing and the way you arrange the space. We can even provide an MC!
- More fun foods available. Your guests will appreciate having choice other than chicken or fish (or neither for the vegetarians/ vegans).
- Food designed to be eaten standing up -- its designed to be held easily and consumed neatly.
