Flashback Friday: Delicious Birthday Dinner in Beverly HIlls

Today's feature is a special flashback Friday to a client who is extremely near and dear to the Bite team. We have had the pleasure to cater many special events for this client and catering her birthday party was no different. We're always so excited to cater birthday parties because we know how special and person this day is for the client - their trust and preference for us is extremely rewarding and we always try to create a special experience and menu. For this event, we catered a delicious 12-guest dinner party at the client's home. The menu featured a pre-dinner display of assorted gourmet cheeses, glazed almonds, dried fruit, fig jam, and marinated olives. Dinner consisted of 3 courses: the appetizer course was our "Duo from the Sea" which is a lobster paired with ceviche and plantain chips; for the salad course we served a mango salad dressed with a citrus parmesan vinaigrette; and for dinner we prepared a seared striped bass marinated with lump crab, soy sauce reduction, and wasabi served with fingerling potatoes, shoestring carrots, and bok choy. We included a vegetarian option for one of the guests which was a quinoa paella! Check out all the details below:
