We love an intimate home wedding - especially one with spectacular views!!.
This wedding had splashes of elegance and plenty of quirk - exactly the way we like it! Check out the specially commissioned cake highlighting one of the groom's obsession with all things dragons!For the menu, I wanted to create something elegant yet not too over the top to radiate the look and feel of what our clients were aiming for with their wedding. The menu consisted of hearty, locally-sourced California fare:

Tray- Passed Signature Hors d’oeuvres:
Whipped California Goat Cheese Mousse Crostini with Roasted French Beets and Hazelnuts
Yeast-Raised Blini with Scottish Smoked Salmon, Creme Fraiche, Caviar and Dill
Mini Pissaladiere - Caramelized Onion, Blue Cheese and Toasted Walnuts on Puff Pastry Canapes
Smoked Almond Chicken Salad with Tarragon in Belgium Endive

Artisan Bread Basket Served with Choice of Calfornia Olive Oil and Sweet Butter with Hawaiian Salts
Roasted Summer Beets with Wild Arugula, Chickpeas, Citrus, & Toasted Hazelnuts with Lemon & Marjoram Vinaigrette

Sea Salt & Pink Peppercorn Crusted New York Strip with Roasted Garlic, Tomato & Marjoram Butter and sides of Roasted Garlic Yukon Mashed Potatoes, Grilled Asparagus Bundles with Lemon and Parmesan
Maple Pecan Crusted Wild Salmon with a Grapefruit & Tarragon Gastriqe (on the side) and sides of Quinoa with Lentils, Grilled Asparagus Bundles with Lemon and Parmesan
Spaghetti Squash with Baby Heirloom Tomatoes, Asparagus, Confit Artichokes, Roasted Eggplant, Mimolette, & New Olive Oil
