Price Range and Elements

The WWOO Venue offers a diverse range of spaces tailored to accommodate various events. Whether you're hosting an intimate gathering or a large-scale affair, they have flexible options to suit your needs. For events requiring extra space, “The Warehouse” can be integrated for an added fee. Venue Rental at WWOO can range from $3,000-$10,000 + depending on the size and scale of the event. 4 SONOS speakers, kitchen use, (2) 12' long wooden tables, (24) chairs (inside only with rental)

Restrictions/ Rules to Keep in Mind

All Events must be wrapped by 10 pm on the weekdays and 12 am on the weekends. A check or credit card deposit for 50% of the estimate is required to reserve the venue. The 50% deposit is refundable with 90 days notice prior to event. After that time, the deposit is Non-Refundable. The deposit will only include 50% of the venue cost. The remaining balance is due in full, 90 days before the first Rental Day and payable via check or credit card. If rental date is within 90 days of the contract execution, Renter must pay a 100% Non- Refundable deposit and the deposit must be received within 24 hours of contract execution.
