Grazing Table for Tenant Meetings

We worked with a real estate brokerage to provide a great experience for their customers in between meetings. These are long-standing relationships (multi-store leases) with well-respected brands and so making sure that everyone feels good during and after the discussions is part of ensuring a deepening and positive relationship between all parties.

We knew that people would be coming in and out between different meeting groups discussing various topics. Therefore, we set up a grazing table that would be replenished throughout the event with multiple compelling choices for people of all appetites. This was supplemented by passed hors d'oeuvres during a happy hour to provide a welcoming environment for all to get to know each other.
