Post-Holiday party food had great flare

We loved working with Chef Elizabeth!!! She obviously loves what she does and you can see it in the amount of care and detail she pours into her food. We hold two client parties a year, and this year for our post-holiday party we used Bite Catering Couture. Our clients are all from the various movie studios, so a young hip crowd. She has a great flare with food, the presentation was so impressive, and the complements we had were just outstanding - I honestly don't know how we are going to top ourselves next year! The miniature soup shots with grilled cheese sandwiches were such a hit, I just can't say enough about how well they were received! Everything we included on our menu, we just adored. I would highly recommend Bite again and again!
