Recommended Delivery/ Pickup Menus
Great event catering for meaningful events might happen to be a delivery, even if it feels like there should be more people involved. It feels effortless due to the extraordinary planning and design thinking that allows elevated event experiences for up to several hundred people to occur smoothly. We're not a restaurant or app where the delivery of a single meal by a dedicated driver is fraught with drama, stress, and the mindset that a refund fixes a compromised event, due to disconnected 3rd parties with inconsistent checks at loading and a driver whose focus is to drop and dash. Our delivery menus are designed to exceed delivery-forward requirements and we pair them with drivers and/or a small onsite team that allow you to have the peace of mind that comes with caring, accountable people using a process that delivers hundreds of successful events a year.
We deliver beautifully plattered appetizers, desserts, grazing tables, meze platters, boxed lunches, and seasonal platters for elevated gatherings from 20 to 200, as well as family-portioned feasts on a number of our seasonal menus. Our driver can help you load it into place and platter or help you put it away for an event a few hours away. We check to make sure everything is present, including display elements like tent cards, dietary labels, and signage if that is part of your order. We walk you through final plating and finishing instructions so you are prepared when your guests arrive.

Overhead View of Lunch Delivery
Delivery menus are popular for in-office corporate gatherings with a simple food display like happy hours, meetings, and lunch and learns. Social clients use them for gatherings like baby showers, bridal showers, poker parties, house parties, parent gatherings, pre-formal gatherings, holiday parties, and salons. For those estates that have house managers and in-house service staff, we plug into that setup seamlessly. Our holiday menus offer popular thematic and seasonal additions. Weddings are limited to dessert or appetizer displays that plug into an existing service team with an experienced planner or coordinator.

Our delivery options are designed so that they work for an event without staff present. This is a limited portion of the menu that doesn't include some of our more experiential elements or items that require a la minute finishing and service. If our full menu or some of those food or service elements are important to you, then we would switch to discussing a full service event. Curious as to the difference for an event you're considering? Please schedule a consultation and we can take you through the parallel options.
Tell us the date, the headcount, the location, and what the occasion is. We'll recommend a menu and a format that fits, flag anything about the building or timing that needs planning, and have a proposal ready from there.
We're first-to-book, so we recommend reserving capacity as soon as you know your event date. If the date is available, we can generally field events up to ten days before the date, though menus become more limited with less time to prepare. If you have a last minute request, we can attempt to expedite if we have the capacity, but menus are likely to be limited and contracting will need to be accelerated.
