Corporate Client Tasting

Here at Bite Catering Couture, we believe it is important to build close relationships with corporate clients. We understand that each company has their own unique catering needs, and it is up to us to show that we can provide the right service as well as delicious food! Part of understanding how to do this is to understand the specific catering needs of the client, including their building/ facilities, their employee needs/ wants, their goals for lunch (ranging from facilitating connection/ conversation to allowing people to keep working through tight deadlines), and the constraints (power, kitchen, prep space, floor space, electrical, loading facilities, and budget).


One way to get to know the interests and catering needs of a new client is to host a lunch tasting at their location. This is a fun and exciting way to be able to show a client a sneak preview of what Bite Catering Couture has to offer, in a more intimate setting with the team that decides on lunch. This also allows us a chance to see the building, the setup, and get a sense of the people and organization who we are going to be catering for.


The menus prepared reflect a variety of food types that our clients purchase regularly, so they can get a good sense of the range we can bring...we can as a single company provide a broader range of options than a typical restaurant or restaurant catering operation...including salads, sandwiches, wraps, buffets, passed and plated appetizers...and of course dessert!

Chimichurri Flank Steak Wrap: Sliced grilled flank steak with pepperjack cheese, greens, tomato, chimichurri, grilled onion relish drizzle and sriracha aioli

Taco Wrap: Lime-grilled chicken breast, cheddar cheese, pico de gallo, lettuce and chipotle cream cheese spread in a cilantro-jalapeno tortilla

California Veggie Lovers Wraps: California asparagus, lettuce, feta cheese, micro greens, grilled red peppers and Boursin cheese

Summer Orzo: Orzo tossed with chickpeas, mint, basil, chickpeas and red wine vinaigrette

Classic Caesar: Romaine lettuce, garlic croutons, and parmesan cheese in a classic Caesar dressing
