A couple of weeks ago we had the pleasure of catering and producing a company anniversary party for one of our real estate firm clients. The firm was celebrating their 20th anniversary and the opening of 100 stores - a big accomplishment for sure! We wanted to make sure the client really enjoyed the party and company employees experienced a truly remarkable event with amazing food. We transformed the company's parking lot in Santa Monica into a makeshift event venue. We brought in lounge furniture, cocktail tables, and lit up bars to really transform the space into an all-white chic location - during the party you couldn't even tell that you were in a parking lot! We placed hurricane fishbowl vases with candles throughout the party to give it the look and feel of an elegant California party by the beach since the office is right by the PCH! We also created custom logo trays that featured our client's logo and anniversary message to communicate the branding of the company during the event - great experiential marketing piece! Passed appetizers included Ahi Tuna Tartare, Artichoke Beignets, Creole Crab Cakes (always a crowd pleaser), and Vegetable Croquettes. For stations, we built our "Organic Market Experience" which features an assortment of delicious breads, vegetables, and cheeses for guests to enjoy. We also had a station of our "Composed Bites" which included Grilled Flank Steak Chimmichurri, Spanish lamb Albondigas, Pine Nut Crusted Goat Cheese Tart with Apricot Compote, Mini Asian Pulled Pork Sliders, and our Cedar Baked Salmon. It was a menu that featured both hearty and refreshing options - a little bit of something for everyone to enjoy.
