A downtown law firm decided to host a wine tasting luncheon for industry connections and current clients in their gorgeous event space on the 42nd floor. Numerous small plates (both sweet and savory) created a casual environment that allowed guests to move around and build connections. We even set up an elegant wine tasting station with sommeliers and both red and white California wines outside on the terrace so guests could enjoy the views while sipping!

stone fruit and burrata - grilled crusty ciabatta, champagne lemon vinaigrette with micro arugula and fresh basil
spaghetti alle capesante - angel hair pasta, seared scallops, white wine sauce, fried capers, fresh herbs
chicken kofta - cucumber tomato salad and tzatziki
elegant dessert trio - mini pavlova with passion fruit curd, cream, and tropical fruit salsa, red wine chocolate cake with red wine chocolate sauce and fresh raspberry garnish, and a caramel nut tart with créme fraiche whipped cream and maldon sea salt
