Bite Catering Couture brings beautiful presentation and thoughtful design to events that matter! We have a team of brilliant chefs and detailed event producers who can help you with events across the spectrum - from social events in your home with your dearest friends to luxurious weddings at extravagant venues with famous planners to large corporate extravaganzas with the most talented agencies. We even have our own gorgeous historic venue in Long Beach.
Los Angeles is a diverse market - the #2 catering market in the US. We serve a wide range of industries (media/ entertainment, tech, aerospace/ defense, professional services, nonprofits, education, healthcare) and a broad geographic footprint generally from Pasadena to Calabasas to Long Beach that expands for larger events to Orange County, Palm Springs, and Rancho Cucamonga, and Ventura County.

We work across multiple service levels (delivery through luxury service), giving you a company that is flexible in it's thinking and formats and able to provide great advice for events of all types. We want to be there for all the events that matter.
Ideally, we cater food and beverage that sparks conversation, builds emotional connection, creates a sense of beauty, and makes people feel welcome and cared for. Generally that has less to do with a choice of chicken or fish and more to do with a conversation about the hosts of the event, the purpose for the gathering, and the guests who will be attending. Once we have that North star, then we can figure out what product, format, and presentation would work best for your event. This approach lends itself well to selecting from across our many themed menus, specialty items we make for VIP guests of high end brands and organizations, and the wide range of products (Pan American, European, Asian mostly) and formats (from delivery through synchronized plated) you'll see on our website. We cater the food that will contribute to making your event becoming the best version of itself. We also especially like the variety you get with flights of appetizers and desserts!
We generally cater to events of 25-500 people and have the equipment and setup (and event a large venue) to offer the majority of our menus in that range. We have gone as high as 2500 with a more streamlined offering and are happy to discuss larger events. During holidays (especially Thanksgiving) we have themed menus where minimums go down as we can serve those same menus across multiple events.
