For events without a planner but where day-of coordination can be helpful, Bite can provide a day-of coordinator. This typically makes the most sense where a host needs to be free to enjoy their event and/ or focus on their interaction with their guests. A coordinator can make sure the event is running on time and all the moving parts have good communication and coordination. Typically, this is useful for:

• Weddings with multiple vendors, a tight timeline, or something logistically complex like a flip
• Corporate events with a team based out of town, and additional support for vendor walk-throughs and site planning is helpful
• Social events where a host would love to enjoy her own party and spend time with guests
• Networking or sales events where the principle needs to be freed from logistics to focus on conversations and relationships

Separately, for large and complex events with multiple captains, Bite can also provide an onsite Event Producer to ensure that different service teams stay in close contact and are well coordinated.
