A number of our couples have foods that bring them back to certain moments in their lives that they'd love to have at their wedding...but it isn't "wedding appropriate" food. Well we're here to tell you that we too were told we weren't supposed to play with our food, but we love to do it anyway. Let us play with your favorite foods and make them something you're really going to remember!

Some of our favorite ways to play with food on wedding menus

• Take breakfast items and make them fun apps (chicken and waffles and mini pancakes are among the most popular)
• Take kids foods like mac n cheese or rice krispie treats and update them for an adult palette
• Take items that need a little flame (mini s'mores for example) and put on a flamethrower show to finish them off (we do need to make sure this passes the venue's fire codes)
• Take a simple pasta dish and jazz it up by finishing in a giant parm wheel
